Can an item be shipped out today?
Orders placed prior to 2pm Eastern with UPS or USPS selected at checkout will be processed the same day. We will do everything in our power to ensure the carrier picks up that same day as well.
Can I ship using my carrier account?
We ship using UPS and USPS. We can use your UPS account if you have the ability to provide us with a label in PDF format. After the purchase, we will email you the dimensions and weight of the package and our ship from address. Any shipping paid at checkout will be refunded.
Do you offer Blind Shipping?
Yes, we offer blind shipping. When Blind Shipment is requested (either in the notes at checkout or emailed prior to order), we will not include a packing slip or invoice. However, shipments using our account will have our return information on it. Also, if you would like to include your own packing slip, please email us prior to the order and we can assist with that as well.
Do you offer local pick up?
Sorry, at this time, we are unable to offer local pick up for items. We are a small operation and often are out of the facility picking up purchases. We offer same day order processing for orders prior to 2pm Eastern.
